What ZendPay is

ZendPay is a non-custodial Telegram bot. It is not a bank. It is not a crypto exchange. It helps you move money, save in stable dollars, and pay bills — through licensed partners and audited protocols.

Who can use it

ZendPay is available to Nigerian residents who are 18 years or older. You may need to complete KYC to access certain features.

What we're responsible for, and what we're not

We're responsible for the bot, the user experience, and accurate disclosure of fees and routing. We're not responsible for losses caused by user error, lost Telegram accounts, or events outside our reasonable control.

Closing your account

Type close account in the bot. Your funds are returned to a Nigerian bank account you choose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
