What we collect
We collect your Telegram user ID so we can identify your account, and metadata for every transaction you make (amount, time, destination). For Nigerian KYC we collect what's legally required — name, date of birth, BVN, and a government ID where applicable.
What we don't
We don't sell your data. We never will. We don't run third-party advertising on top of ZendPay.
How your Naira moves
All Naira transactions are processed through Paj Cash, our CBN-licensed Nigerian payments partner. Paj Cash applies its own privacy and security controls in addition to ours.
How your dollars are held
Dollar balances are held in audited stable assets on the Solana network. ZendPay never custodies your funds.
Deleting your data
Type
close account in the bot, or email privacy@zendpay.xyz. We return your funds to a Nigerian bank account you choose and delete personal data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep it longer.
